I purchased a 2008 PT Cruiser last night at your dealership and wanted to write a note to you about my experience. My initial contact was through the internet and I found a car that looked just like what I needed at a very good price. When I submitted my request for more information, Antonio James responded within minutes. He provided me with exactly what I needed to show my husband (the vehicle link and carfax report) and we decided to come in to see the car. When I called him for an appointment, Antonio was very helpful and explained exactly what I needed to bring with me in the event we decided to close the deal. His demeanor on the phone really sold me on the dealership - I'd been looking for a couple of days and discarded a few possibilities because of the treatment I received over the phone. When we came in Antonio was very friendly and helpful. In past purchases I've told what I intended to pay and was treated like a lowball of some kind. Antonio was respectful enough to accept that I meant what I said. I can't tell you how refreshing that was. We quickly made our decision and were passed on to Mo Dem for paperwork. We enjoyed his sense of humor. I was grateful that both gentlemen talked to me rather than only addressing my husband as I've experienced in past purchases. I've made several auto purchases over the 30 years I've owned cars and this was the most fun of any I've ever experienced. I didn't just Drive Home Happy - I drove home singing to the very nice sound system in my beautiful car. Antonio and Mo are excellent representatives for Town & Country. Lance Newton, my red team service advisor, explained the "auto" window lever to me. I did not know there was a first and second "location"; the second location being the one which is "auto". He is always friendly, helpful and takes the time to explain things most of us women don't know about an automobile. We have always been pleased with Town & Country.
